Today we visited the Minnesota Renaissance Festival with Husband's family. There is always plenty to do and see at the Festival. We ate lots of good food, we petted snakes and lizards, we watched a man hurl insults as people hurled tomatoes at his face, we saw men in tights perform a comedy show, and we gawked at all of the outrageous (and some downright cool) costumes. The day started at 8:30 and continued to about 2:30...then we played cards and ate dinner at the in-laws'. Needless to say it was a long, but very fun day. We are all tired and a little sunburnt, and relishing crawling into bed tonight and sleeping as long as we want to...because THERE'S NO WORK TOMORROW! Everyone enjoy the day!
