It's Like "The Sixth Sense" Up in Here

Tonight I walked into the kitchen to this:

This isn't an unusual occurrence...usually between Husband and Brandon there is at least one cupboard or drawer ajar at any given time. Tonight was an unusually spectacular display, and I just had to chuckle. It's easily forgiven though, and really doesn't need forgiving at all...the man is operating on about 2 hours of sleep and a mind that's working overtime. There is more evidence that he's tired and distracted because his computer game doesn't even interest him, and when he got home from work early today he spent the time doing dishes, consolidating and arranging the spice rack, and cleaning out/reorganizing the freezer. You know, the usual tasks. (!)

For all these reasons and more, he was in bed by 9PM tonight (which is early for both of us). Tonight will be a night I don't mind if he snores, because when he snores he's sleeping hard. He needs it.
