Introducing Lucy Diane Laabs...
My water broke Friday morning at 5:45, and Lucy decided to grace us with her presence at 6:21AM on Saturday morning. Yes, that's over 24 hours of labor folks! She weighed in at 8 pounds, 4 ounces and was 20 inches long, and that was 11 days early...so I personally am grateful she decided to make an appearance in May. :)We are so thrilled to have her with us! She is the perfect little addition to our family, and already has mom, dad, big brother, aunts and uncles, and grandparents wrapped around her little finger. She's got a good set of lungs on her and isn't afraid to let you know how she feels about things. She's changed so much even in just a couple of days...it's hard not to just stare at her. I am so looking forward to seeing the world through her beautiful eyes.

Congratulations to you and your family. She is gorgeous! The crying thing does get better as they get a little more used to the world ;o). Max had colic and Griffyn had acid reflux, so there were lots of tears that first year. Take care of yourself, and congrats again. She is just so beautiful!!! Takes after her momma!
