You Say Union, I Say Onion

As an aside, I have to say that whenever I see or hear the word "union," I feel compelled to pronounce the word as "onion." This is tied to a singular experience in my childhood - my dad had a record album by Gary Puckett and the Union Gap. Reading the word for the first time, I pronounced it onion. It stuck I guess. Therefore, tonight I watched the State of the Onion.
