Dress from the Past

This sweet little dress was found in one of the trunks at my grandparent's house when my dad and his siblings were going through things. Nobody claimed it, so my dad brought it home for Lucy. It was a little big at the time, but as we prepared for a trip to Storm Lake last weekend, I brought it out hoping it might fit. It's still a little big on top, but it was just fine to wear to church on Sunday. When we got back to Grandma and Grandpa's house, I had her pose in the yard.
