Grrrr...
It is now July 23rd and our landlord has not cashed the check for this month's rent yet. I don't know why this irks me so much, the money is there, I know it's coming out eventually...but it's just irritating. It's a sizable check, not pocket change...If he doesn't need the money that badly, then why can't I just pay whenever I want?
Update: It finally cleared the account July 28th!

I had a landlord like that once too and for some reason it really bugged me as well!
He must be too busy spending his income on travel. I think he needs to hire a secretary to make his deposits:) This too would irritate me.
Our landlord now does that...we haven't ever had a problem this late in the month, but sometimes they wouldn't deposit it until like the 16th of the month....so annoying!!!
